Translate Kids Educational Books
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I have a small collection of short educational books for children aged 4-7 that need to be translated into natural, engaging Spanish. Each manuscript is roughly 800–1,200 words and combines simple explanations with playful, read-aloud passages. The goal is to preserve the friendly tone and clear learning points while making the stories feel as though they were originally written for Spanish-speaking kids.
Scope
• Translate 5 manuscripts (more to follow if we click).
• Keep language age-appropriate—short sentences, familiar vocabulary, gentle repetition.
• Ensure concepts remain accurate but do not require strict curriculum wording.
• Retain any rhymes or wordplay where feasible; adapt creatively when direct translation breaks flow.
• Deliver in an editable Word file with the original text on the left and your Spanish on the right for easy review.
Process & Timeline
I’ll send the first book immediately. A polished draft within 3 days is ideal so we can adjust style together before you move on to the rest. After feedback, final versions of all books should be ready within two weeks.
