Short Romance & Fiction Stories

I’m putting together a collection of bite-sized short stories to share with my online readers and need fresh, original pieces that can be produced quickly. The focus is light romance and general speculative fiction, though I’m happy to read other imaginative twists you might suggest.

What works best for this project:
• Each story lands between 800–1,200 words, tells a complete arc, and keeps the language vivid but easy to digest.
• Indonesian or English is fine as long as the prose flows naturally.
• Final files arrive in an editable Word or Google Doc so I can add light edits before publication.
• Turnaround stays fast—ideally one day per story—because I’m paying IDR 100 000 per tracked hour and want the workload to stay light for both of us.
• All submissions must be 100 % original; Copyscape or similar checks will be run before release of payment.

Once a story passes those checks and I’ve released the milestone, full rights transfer to me for future use. If a quick, well-paid writing sprint suits your schedule, attach a short sample in romance or speculative fiction so I can get a feel for your voice, and mention how many stories you’re comfortable drafting each week. I’ll reply promptly to promising samples and get the first brief to you right away.
