Seeking experienced writer to storyboard and outline Youtube video content

Hello,
I'm looking to build a long-term relationship with a screenwriter, scriptwriter and/or storyteller.
The position is for educational content on Youtube, which usually takes form as talking-head style. However, I'd like for a professional writer to come in and use my scripts and turn them into creative and humorous 5-10 minute stories while being educational.
Essentially, I have the script to teach the topic at hand, but want to turn it into an entertaining video that viewers can follow along. Writers should be adept at weaving in a story line that pulls in the audience and be OK giving me direction on different scenes and imagery to use in the final edit.
