Script writing / Easy writing

I am looking for a skilled scriptwriter to create a promotional/commercial script for my specific product/industry. The intended length of the script is long, more than 3 minutes. I am open to any creative concept that will capture the attention of my target audience. The ideal candidate should have experience in:
