Sausage Dog Adventure Book

I'm looking for a creative children's book writer and illustrator to bring to life a delightful, educating and humerous story about a sausage dog named frank with big ears. The book is targeted at 3-5 year olds and should be engaging and imaginative.
I have a manuscript of what i want to write but just need someone to bring it life visually
This story may end up being a series
Key Requirements:
- Write an engaging story suitable for 3-5 year olds
- Illustrate using mixed media (e.g., a combination of digital and hand-drawn)
- Experience in children's literature and illustration is a plus
