High pressure competitive sales environment
Requirements:
1. High standard of English A MUST.
2. Quick typing A MUST (high type count per Minute)
3. Creative writing skills. This job is all about building intimacy and connection. Remembering clients and creating an ongoing conversation. Using language in a clever way to get people to spend. Thinking on the spot - using imagination.
4. Highly motivated and reliable
5. Hard working and financially driven
6. Needs initiative to chase sales aggressively
7. Detail oriented and organised
8. High speed internet connection (MUST NEVER FAIL) I expect you to have cell phone internet, home internet and a dongle for back up. INTERNET ACCESS AT ALL TIMES.
9. Picks up instructions quickly and acts on them. Uses initiative. Self Starter.
10. Full training provided.
11. 95% time wasters 5% sales go through - needs to be resilient / persistent / relentless
12. Team player (you work across zoom in pairs) - work as a pair clearing the messages.
13. Scripts provided at start - once a client bites - you have to go off script and have creative writing skills.
14. Copy Paste at extreme speed.
15. Read situations and reply appropriately depending on the clients needs. Listen - respond - react instinctively using excellent creative writing skills. No grammatical errors.
Keystroke monitoring / attendance monitoring in place
*we can see exactly what you're doing so time wasters who are not hard working / can't hit sales goals / not good team players need not apply.
(Written test required at interview to see if you can write quickly & creatively. You will be given training and a 2 week trial to see what you are made of!)
Experience required
Customer service representatives / sales.
However we realise some talent might be new so don’t want to limit our search
Rewards:
Commission based only

20% commission on all sales.
If unusually outstanding, can make $500+ a week ($2214 a month).
Expected salary per person if targets reached: $280 week / $1240 a month for 28hr work week: 4hrs 7 days a week. (negotiable once the right people are found).
