Rewrite master services agreement so a child could enjoy it

I currently work for disneyland anaheim and ive decided the union booklet is horribly user unfriendly. Im an artist and id like to illustrate this booklet and abridge it to death. Theres too much introductions and niceties and straight unreadable legal jargan. I want to cut this book down to at least 20 pages or something like that and make sure the points are easily understood to point of satire.
