Queer Feminist Fantasy Novel Ghostwriter

I am looking for a skilled and thoughtful ghostwriter to help transform my fully planned ideas into a polished manuscript for a queer, feminist fantasy standalone novel.
The novel is already extensively developed: I have the full story planned out, including detailed chapter outlines, character arcs, worldbuilding, and the main direction of the plot. What I need now is a writer who can take these ideas and turn them into compelling prose while staying true to my vision.
What I’m Looking For
The most important thing to me is finding someone who genuinely connects with the themes of the story and feels invested in bringing it to life. This project explores queer and feminist themes within a fantasy setting, so I would love to work with someone who understands, respects, and is excited by those subjects.
I am looking for a collaborator who can translate my ideas accurately and sensitively, while also bringing strong storytelling instincts to the process. Although I have a clear vision for the novel, I am very open to feedback. I would especially appreciate someone who is willing to critically engage with the story, point out anything that does not make sense, challenge ideas when needed, and help strengthen the plot, characters, pacing, and emotional impact.
Collaboration Style
I would like this to be a collaborative process. Ideally, we would discuss concepts, characters, scenes, and direction through video meetings, though I am also open to whatever communication style works best for you. I want to work with someone who values open communication and is comfortable developing the story together while still respecting the core vision I have created.
Ideal Experience
The ideal ghostwriter will have:
Experience writing fantasy novels or long-form fiction
A strong understanding of queer and feminist themes
The ability to capture complex ideas and translate them into engaging prose
Experience collaborating closely with authors
Strong communication skills, ideally including video calls or regular discussions
A thoughtful, critical eye for story structure, character development, and consistency
This is not a project where I need someone to come up with the entire story from scratch. Instead, I need someone who can take a detailed existing plan and write it beautifully, emotionally, and coherently, while helping me make the story as strong as it can be.
