Precise Excel Data Management

I have a dataset that needs to be organised and refined in Microsoft Excel so it is clean, accurate, and immediately useful. The raw information contains duplicated rows, inconsistent formats, and a few missing values that must be handled correctly without losing any critical content.

You will take the spreadsheet from its current state to a fully structured, analysis-ready file by applying the right mix of formulas, conditional formatting, and, where it makes sense, pivot tables or look-ups. I’d also like clear, in-cell comments or a short change log so I can see exactly what was adjusted and why. Accuracy is far more important than speed, but I would still appreciate a quick turnaround once the scope is agreed.
