I’m putting together a fresh concept and I need someone who is genuinely open-minded and excels at clear, engaging communication. We’ll meet over video calls—this will be our main workspace—so you should be comfortable thinking aloud, challenging ideas constructively, and refining thoughts in real time.
Here’s how I see our collaboration working:
• We’ll start with a short introductory call to frame the core problem and set goals.
• From there we’ll schedule a series of focused brainstorming sessions, each ending with agreed action points.
• After every call you’ll summarise the discussion and refine the emerging concept into a living document (Google Docs or similar is fine).
The end deliverable is a concise, well-structured concept outline that captures the idea’s purpose, key features, target audience, and an optional road-map for next steps. I value creativity, but even more I value the ability to express it clearly, so strong verbal and written communication is a must.
