I Need A Script Writer for YouTube Videos

I have a movie review youtube channel with 1.5 million subscribers and I need a professional writer with a good sense of humor to watch movies and write a comedic synopsis/script of what happens and point out any flaws with the movie in question. I will be reading this script for videos. I'd prefer to hire someone who watches a lot of movies and knows how to break them down accordingly. The script must highlight the most bizarre/funny moments during the movie so I can talk about them. It must also start by talking about the directors/actors and their previous works.
