Mindfulness Therapy Toolkit Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking to build a practical, mindfulness-based mental-health therapy that centers on engaging mindfulness activities rather than traditional meditation or formal breathing exercises.
Here’s what I need:
• A clear therapeutic framework that explains the theory behind each activity and how it supports mindful awareness, emotional regulation, and stress reduction.
• A session-by-session outline (ideally 8–10 sessions) with learning objectives, timing, materials, and facilitator notes.
• A library of creative, easy-to-follow mindfulness activities (worksheets, guided reflections, sensory exercises, short movement games, etc.) ready for print or digital use.
• Suggestions for measuring progress—simple self-report scales, journaling prompts, or observation checklists that align with the activities.
• Brief guidance on training facilitators to deliver the program consistently.
I’ll provide feedback as you draft, and I’m happy to share any background information you need about the target audience. The final package should be polished enough for a pilot run with clients and include editable files (Word, PDF, or similar) so I can adapt wording later.
If you have experience designing mental-health programs, mindfulness curricula, or therapeutic workbooks, I’d love to see examples. Let’s create a toolkit that makes mindfulness approachable and actionable for everyday users.
