Looking for social media marketing

Need a marketing manager, who can handle social media accounts of our company and create interesting reels with product. Person need to be very creative and proficient in communication so they can deal with customer enquiries and implement innovative ideas for reel and posts. We sell home decor and dinnerware products.
Person would require to visit workplace location in gurgaon to create reels.
