Looking for Funny, Creative Thinkers (No Experience Needed)
Budget: $2 – $3 CAD
We're looking for someone to come up with funny, relatable workplace comedy scripts for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts using AI tools.
This is a simple job. No writing experience is required. We're looking for creativity, reliability, and a strong understanding of what makes short-form content entertaining and shareable.
Topics May Include:
- Hiring problems - Employee behavior
- Staffing shortages - Manager stress
- Scheduling chaos - Payroll headaches
Example Concepts:
- Employee calls in sick, then gets caught livestreaming from a party while coworkers are covering their shift.
- New veterinary assistant accidentally mixes up a customer's cat with a Chihuahua and insists it's the same pet after a "haircut".
We're Looking For:
- Understands TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Understands pacing, retention, and attention spans
- Thinks visually, not just through dialogue
- Understands workplace dynamics and humor
Important: 15–45 second videos. Think: relatable, visual, quick, punchy, shareable. Avoid: long explanations, complex stories, dialogue-heavy concepts, stand-up style jokes.
To Apply
1. Submit ONE original workplace comedy concept using the format above.
2. Do you have any workplace experience that may help you create relatable workplace humor?
3. Roughly how many AI-assisted scripts can you realistically create in one hour?
*Long-term opportunity for the right person.
