Long-Term Social Media Content Creator (German Content – Monthly Paid)

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Content Creator to join our team long-term and help us manage the online presence of two different brands:

1. A modern marketing agency (design, branding & content)
2. A tech company focused on digital solutions & automation

This is not a “just-post-some-content” type of job. We’re looking for someone who understands strategy, brand voice, and can create premium-level content with a clear red thread and high-quality storytelling.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
Someone who can plan and create content with a clear concept and structure (not random posts)
Strong understanding of Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
Ability to create visually strong, clean, modern designs
Has experience with content calendars and strategic planning
Open for regular meetings (weekly or bi-weekly)
All content must be written and created in German
Know how to analyze performance and adjust strategy
You love to bring ideas and are not afraid to think outside the box
