John's Book

I have written a memoir about my experience with two liver transplants. It was released last July, and is available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and some local bookstores. I would like some help promoting the book, either with publicity, social media, website tweaking, or all of the above. I don't have a huge budget for this, so looking for someone who can be flexible and help me from the ground up.
