Help me write a Manga

I have a story idea that I need help creating. This idea of mine has been simmering for at this point years now and if you would like to hear it I'd be more than happy to detail it to you. Before that, I would like to specify that I am new to professional storytelling, so I might need some help at the start, and I also don't have a lot of funds to my name.
