I have a finished, 150-page fiction manuscript that reads smoothly at the sentence level, but it still needs a thoughtful content edit to tighten the overall structure and flow. What I’m after is an experienced editor’s eye on plot logic, pacing from chapter to chapter, and the depth and consistency of my character development.
You’ll be free to point out any obvious grammar or typo issues you notice along the way, yet the primary mission is to reshape and refine the big-picture elements so the story lands with maximum impact. I work in Microsoft Word and prefer Track Changes for all in-text adjustments.
Deliverables I’d like from you:
• A marked-up Word file with all structural revisions and comments visible through Track Changes
• A concise editorial report (1-2 pages) highlighting major structural insights and actionable recommendations
