Experienced copywriter who understand the Australian market

I run a couple of businesses here in Australia and well, communication isn't always my strong suit. I tend to rave a bit and share information that may, or may not be relevant to the conversation. I probably leave my readers without key bits of important information that may otherwise inspire them to respond in the desired way. In short, I need some wordy help.
I'm looking for a local legend copywriter who can take my jobs ads, my website copy, my social media ad, my video scripts, my contracts and lease agreements, simplify them and ad the appropriate tone of voice and personality to them. Some will be serious. Some will be playful. I have a property business in Adelaide (rooms for rent) and am setting up a lifestyle business here in Melbourne that will encompass a range of businesses from cleaning to landscaping.
