Ebook Character Development Overhaul

I have an ebook draft that is ready for a deeper structural pass, and my priority is sharpening the character arcs. I’m looking for someone who can step in, dissect the manuscript at a macro level, and return it with clear, actionable revisions that make every character feel fully realized and believable from beginning to end.
You’ll be working on structural editing only—I’ve already set aside time for copy-edits and proofreading later. What matters most to me is your experience guiding authors through big-picture changes: re-ordering scenes when necessary, calling out flat or inconsistent motivations, and suggesting additions or trims that strengthen relationships and emotional stakes.
