Creative writer for novella

I am looking for a creative writer to help me write a romance novella. I am open to any theme or concept and would like the novella to be between 10,000-20,000 words. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing romance novels and be able to create engaging characters and compelling plotlines. A strong command of the English language and excellent writing skills are a must. The writer should also be able to deliver the project within a reasonable timeframe.
