Creative Writing Character Development Coaching -- 2

I want to grow as a storyteller, especially in shaping characters that feel alive on the page. My current drafts—short stories and the occasional poem—often stall because the people inside them never quite breathe. I need a seasoned creative-writing coach or editor who can walk me through proven techniques, point out where my characters fall flat, and suggest concrete ways to deepen their motives, conflicts, and arcs.

Here is what I imagine working on together:
• A quick review of one or two sample pieces so you can see my baseline.
• Targeted exercises that push me to explore backstory, voice, and relationships.
• Written or recorded feedback on revised drafts, focusing squarely on character depth rather than plot or language polish for now.
• A concise roadmap at the end of our engagement outlining next steps I can follow independently.

Please share examples of characters you have helped refine (published work or student pieces), the methods you like to use—Scrivener, Google Docs comments, live Zoom workshops, etc.—and an estimated turnaround time for each feedback round. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not essential; clear explanations matter more.
