Hi,
I'm looking for someone who will help me clarify my brand identity/brand story in view of then designing the brand visuals.
I'm a solopreneur who empowers start-up founders to scale by creating the systems & processes that grow effective teams while preserving the culture they are proud of. I help them reach their goal faster by taking over their HR needs on a part-time, contract basis.
My target audience is the start-up founder who is raised a seed or series A round. They want to create lean teams that work effectively while scaling fast. They aim to create a good work environment to retain their talent while increasing the value of their business.
My unique selling proposition is creating effective, high-performing teams while working in a lean fashion.
The emotions that I want my brand to evoke in my target audience are trust, competence and growth.
My brand messaging should convey a friendly, open and competent tone, that inspires trust in my grasp of the technical concepts in people operations, but also inspire curiosity to apply philosophical and logical concepts to people operations and business culture to solve systemic problems.
