program for machinery maintenance hours

I am looking for a spreadsheet to be made to track maintenance component hours and overhaul intervals for machinery, that stores and carry over hours monthly, and can be repetitively copied from year to year. Currently I have one where components are on one worksheet, but would like something more formal that I can customize to have different tabs for each component, that tracks upon enter key hours on a cover sheet.
