Vintage T-shirt Design

I'm looking for a designer to create a vintage-style T-shirt based on the attached template. The design should evoke the typical vintage fan shirts from the 2000s, based on photos I'll send to you privately (it's from a dear friend that has recently passed away, so I will make them available later).

Requirements:
- Use of vintage elements
- Adherence to the provided template
- Creative interpretation of 2000s vintage fan shirts
- Black Shirt Background
- Top Text: "Bom dia, Vila Formosa" in bold red, stylized like the "SOFIA" reference.
- Cutout Photos: Backgrounds removed, arranged collage-style (I'll provide 6 photos)
- Lighting/Glow Effects: Sparkle, lightning-style glow around each cutout.
