Vintage Business Logo Design

I want a proper logo for my business. It is a raffle company which raffles high value items and cash. It is called UK Winners.I have added an example with a rough sketch of what I had in mind. You should turn that image into a proper logo, and an editable PSD. I'd also appreciate any additional inputs or ideas to make it nicer. The color scheme I have in mind is:
