We are a growing AI tech startup in Pune, building a vibrant workplace that reflects our energy, ambition, and creativity. Our 850 sqft office is a blank canvas — and we want to transform it into a space that inspires innovation, collaboration, and bold thinking.
We are looking for a creative artist (or a small creative team) who can take full ownership of this project — from concept to execution.
Your role will be to imagine, design, and execute the wall art, color palette, murals, and creative touches that bring our workspace alive.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Wall Art & Murals – Typography, sketches, quotes, science/art-inspired concepts
Color Palette & Paintwork – Wall and ceiling color planning and execution (can include paint crews if needed)
Furniture Styling – Help us pick modern, functional, and budget-conscious furniture (workstations, seating, breakout zones)
Lighting Selection – Suggest and help source affordable lighting fixtures that elevate the vibe (track lights, pendant, ambient)
Wall Decor & Finishing Touches – Stickers, prints, small installations, or anything creative you envision
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who can blend modern tech aesthetics with inspiring themes like science, discovery, innovation, and startup energy
Confidence to manage both design and execution (or coordinate with vendors to make it happen)
Willingness to work within modest budgets and still make the space pop
We are especially open to budding artists with bold ideas and a strong creative voice
