Traditional Acrylic Art Creation

I am looking for an original art piece as a wedding gift for my soon to be wife. The idea is a list of song lyrics and the singer (see list below). I started an idea in Word, see attached. I am interested in hearing of ideas regarding medium, colors, background, fonts, organization, etc to make this very striking and creative. Thinking full size would be 24" wide x 36" tall approximately. Wedding is in November, so obviously need by then. Thanks!
