I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a sophisticated modern logo for my design and property management company.

Key requirements:
- Modern, minimalistic, and sophisticated design aesthetic
- Use of neutral colors, particularly browns
- Logo should incorporate an icon modeled after my French bulldog's face
