Sleek Modern Logo Design

I need a modern and sleek logo for my website, business card, and watermarks. I am a photographer. The logo should use black , charcoal / warm grey and white colour schemes (white for sitting on a dark background) and be designed very similar to the shapes that I generated via ChatGPT - see attached.

Requirements:
- understated and sleek design - already largely generated
- Black, charcoal grey and white colour palette
- three variations of logo
I) logo that stands alone, in three widths indicatively as attached
2) same as above, but with “James Routledge Photography” beneath …text in Libre Baskerville, to tie in with website (which for reference is https://jamesroutledgephotography.com )
3) slightly narrower, with a light circle around - this for watermark purposes

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven logo design expertise
- Able to largely adopt what I have created already
- Proficiency in monochromatic designs
