Simple Custom Landing Page Build

I need a straightforward, single-page website that serves a purpose outside the usual “sell, capture leads, or corporate info” buckets—both the page’s goal and the call-to-action fall into the “other” category I selected. Because the objective is unique, we’ll fine-tune the copy and CTA wording together once the visual structure is in place.

Here’s what I have in mind: a fast-loading, fully responsive layout that looks polished on desktop and mobile, uses clean HTML/CSS (a dash of JavaScript only if it genuinely adds value), and is simple for me to tweak later. Feel free to suggest a modern, creative, or professional aesthetic; I’m open as long as the design stays uncluttered and user-friendly.

Deliverables
• One responsive landing page (HTML, CSS, any supporting assets)
• Source files neatly organized and commented
• Basic deployment instructions so I can drop the page onto my existing host without hassle
