Retro-Modern Arcade Logo Design

I'm looking for a creative designer to craft a unique arcade logo that blends retro and modern styles. I need a logo both that would work as sign outside the business and also for tshirts, they could be the same or a play off each other that makes sense.

Requirements:
- Primary color: Sapphire Blue (over all palette colors include: piction blue, sapphire blue, cerise pink, orange peel, and light lime)
- Design elements: Game controller, arcade machine, and/or board game/board game piece (flattering combination of these)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong portfolio in logo design
- Expertise in retro-modern design aesthetics
