Retro MTV Lanyard Design

I'm hosting a party and need a Retro MTV-themed lanyard design. The lanyard will be given to guests as a welcome favor. This is for a non profit party to sponsor our local library. The event is called Novel Night and its based on book themes. I am hosting one of the novel parties and we chose "I want my Mtv" as our novel and all guests will arrive in theme of the book and party decor and food will be in theme of the book. We would like to give a lanyard in advance of the party to all guests who will be attending our party to get them excited about the party. The event date is October 4, 2025. I have included a mock up as inspiration and the event logo to incorporate.

Requirements:
- Retro MTV style
- Prominent use of custom colors
- Incorporation of MTV logo
- Custom text or slogans as requested by me

Ideal Skills:
- Strong graphic design experience
- Familiarity with MTV's retro aesthetic
- Creativity in color integration and custom text layout
