Modern and simple Company Logo Design
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are seeking a modern but simple logo for our new company. The design should include:
• The company name
• A symbol or icon
• A slogan
The logo must be versatile—the text, symbol, and slogan should be designed in a way that they can be used:
• Together as a full logo, or
• Independently, such as using only the icon, only the text, or only the text + slogan, depending on the context (e.g. website header, app icon, merchandise, etc.).
We already have a defined color palette and brand voice, which will be shared upon project start. The design must align with our brand’s tone and aesthetic.

Ownership & Legal Requirements
•We require full and exclusive ownership of all deliverables, including final logo files and all source files (.AI, .SVG, .PDF, .PNG, etc.).
•The freelancer must not use any third-party content (e.g. stock icons, pre-made templates, or fonts requiring separate licenses).
•The freelancer assumes full legal responsibility for the originality and legality of all work delivered.
•A signed ownership transfer agreement is required upon delivery.

We are looking for a reliable, long-term creative partner with a proven track record in branding and visual identity. This logo project may lead to further collaboration on design tasks including social media website visuals.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in logo design
- Strong portfolio showcasing similar work
- Ability to create unique and memorable icons/symbols
Additionally, we require that a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA), provided by the freelancer, is signed before the project begins.
