Modern Construction Logo with Husky

I'm looking for a modern logo for my construction company that features my husky as a mascot.
The company name is On Decks Construction
I want his head with the hammer in the mouth (maybe in a hardhat) looking straight on us.
there are some pictures of what he looks like and one that i generated but not fully satisfied with details
Also if you have an expirience feel free to share your thoughts about if the logo is too complicated and i need to go with simplier option so it looks fine on the clotes and vehicles
