C) Design Expectations:

D) Ownership, Originality & Registration Requirements:
1. Logo must be 100% original and custom-made — no clipart, templates, reused designs, or AI-generated elements
2. The logo must be eligible for trademark registration in India and globally
3. The designer must confirm that the logo design is free from copyright or IP infringement
4. Upon final payment, complete copyright and commercial rights will be transferred to us
Designer may be required to sign a simple Declaration of Originality or NOC confirming the work is custom and exclusive
5. We reserve the right to conduct a basic image plagiarism check before approval
