Kids producs

I am looking to create a product for kids ages 3-6 and have a budget between 100-500$. It should be an arts and crafts DYI kits or any kids kits that we can sell in Saudi Arabia which attracts parents and kids can enjoy. that engage the children in creative activities. I am looking for someone who can create a plan for the kits, including the type of materials needed and how it should be put together. The cost of the materials should also be within my budget, so the successful bidder should be knowledgeable in finding cost effective materials. A great eye for detail and knowledge of early childhood development and creativity would be valued.
