Health promotion Poster

I’m looking to create a poster which can be displayed in hospital environments which talk about prevention of Deep vein thrombosis, and PE this is what I think in my mind. This I need it in the theme of food ball court where it look like a goal keeper prevents the ball ( mention two words on the ball DVT, PE) the goal post should have a key word VTE
