HauntFest, LLC is a dynamic event management company specializing in organizing unique and engaging festivals and events. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences that bring communities together. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Festival Event Planner to join us for an exciting horror-themed/Halloween festival in Asheville, NC, in August 2024.
As a Festival Event Planner, you will be responsible for the beginning-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of our upcoming festival in Asheville. You will work closely with our team, vendors, sponsors, venues, and entertainers to ensure the festival exceeds expectations and delights attendees of all ages. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. This position will begin at least 3-4 months in advance of the event for planning purposes. Expect the workload and/or hours to increase as the event approaches.
