Dr. Johann D’Souza is a clinical psychologist and founder of Values First Therapy, where he offers modern psychology with traditional values. He specializes in helping high achievers achieve peak performance and overcome anxiety or OCD.
Dr. D’Souza holds a PhD and Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston, earned on a Presidential Fellowship, following a Master’s in Psychology from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in Theology from the University of Dallas. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed scientific articles and is a research affiliate at Harvard’s Human Flourishing Program. In addition, he hosts the Virtuous Leaders podcast to highlight inspiring examples of moral and professional excellence.
