I currently perform with a hand puppet character named Billy Buckaroo, a cowboy, and I'd like to upgrade him to a more professional build in the style of Rowlf the Dog from The Muppets—a live-hand puppet where I can control both his mouth and his hands.

Facial Features:
Blue eyes
Mustache
Hair around the sides, but bald on top (the hat hides this, which opens up some good comedy bits when it comes off)
