Distressed Jeep Design for Boutique Tees

I'm looking for an illustrator to create a vintage-style design for an oversized boutique t-shirt. The design should feature a rugged, muddy, lifted jeep illustrated in a distressed style, set in an off-road terrain. I'd like the color palette to blend earth tones with bold accents and include typography in a western vintage distressed font. The aesthetic is feminine but rugged, suitable for a Southern boutique style. Experience with apparel design and a keen eye for combining visual elements cohesively would be ideal for this project.
