I’m putting together a new menu of signature looks for my salon and I need a creative hairstylist who can develop several custom designs built around full-color work. Classic cuts and modern trends are fine inspirations, but the finished looks must feel original and show off rich, even color from roots to tips.
Here is what I have in mind:
• Three to five fully developed haircut concepts tailored for diverse hair types.
• A concise step-by-step guide for each look—sectioning, angles, finishing touches—and clear notes on the full-color formulation you recommend.
• High-quality photos (or short clips) of each completed style on live models or practice heads so I can see the shape and color in real lighting.
Hair coloring is central to this project, so please be comfortable creating vivid, uniform shades, advising on product lines, and documenting the exact mix and processing times. I’ll provide brand guidelines, model availability, and any additional resources you might need once we start.
