Curate Creative Design Freelancer Shortlist
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m already sitting on more than 150 bids for my current creative-design project and need an expert eye to separate the truly outstanding from the merely acceptable. If you have a proven record of recruiting or vetting designers, I’d like you to step in, review every proposal and portfolio, and hand me a concise, confidence-building shortlist.
What I expect you to deliver:
• A ranked list of the top 5–10 freelancers drawn from the existing bid pool
• For each candidate, a brief summary covering skill focus, standout portfolio pieces, hourly or project rate, and any red-flag concerns
• Your overall recommendation on the next step—interview, direct hire, or pass
Access to the proposal list will be granted as soon as we agree to proceed, and I’m happy to cover the standard recruiter fee. The sooner we can finalise the shortlist, the faster the project moves forward, so please let me know your typical turnaround time and any questions you need answered before you begin.
