Cross Stitch Notion Templates

I'm looking for Notion templates specifically designed to help fiber artists organize their hobby. The templates should be user-friendly for non-tech users, asthetically pleasing, and very visual. I want users to look forward to using their dashboard each day, so they can see images of their current projects and explore. I would like one 'Pro' template with all the features and a second template that's a pared down basic 'Basic' version for users who don't want all the extras. I will attach a pdf, a rough listing of the items I would like included. Inventory tracking is very important so I'd like to know what is possible if a user wants to track quantities of over 100 different colour threads:
