Creative VA for Educational Presentations and other supporting tasks
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking for a virtual assistant who can help me build engaging educational presentations and help with other tasks related to Social media marketing and content delivery.
No initial skills are required -- except for creativity and critical thinking, WHICH ARE A MUST.
Your top priority will be crafting slide decks that feel alive—interactive slides, rich multimedia, and clear charts or graphs that make the material easy to grasp. I WILL TRAIN you on the exact tools and workflows, but I’m counting on your imagination and initiative to shape the content.
Alongside the decks, I will ask for:
• AI-generated images to illustrate key concepts or add visual flair
• Video edits—trimming clips, adding captions, or stitching short reels for social posting. Will give you the tools and train you on them.
Typical workflow
1. Receive the topic, audience profile, and any branding guidelines from me.
2. Draft a slide outline and propose creative angles.
3. Produce the interactive deck in PowerPoint, embedding multimedia and charts as needed.
4. Generate a handful of custom AI visuals, then weave them into the slides.
5. Deliver a basic cut or micro-video that complements the lesson, ready for review.
Collaboration matters more than rote execution. I’m looking for someone who asks smart questions, offers fresh ideas, and iterates quickly without micromanagement.
