Creative Space Interior Layout
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a new construction project. Building what is intended to be a creative center for film production. It is a functional space with offices and production space, but also will have space set aside as a collaborative and hangout space. The building is an industrial space, with high ceilings… and our goal is to make it cool, but do it on a minimal budget. So staying in the industrial vibe will probably keep the execution inexpensive, but the idea is thru creative use of the space to make it feel intimate.
The space will have:
Offices
Conference room
Meeting Nooks
Hang out Lounge & Coffee bar
Commercial shotgun kitchen
Mens and Womens Bank Bathrooms
Some private bathrooms
Workrooms
Partial mezzanine over the office area
And there will be quite a bit of open space for future expansion.
The exterior theme is Alpine Industrial.. We want to reinforce that inside with elements of old hollywood/studio.
The building is adjacent to a soundstage… which is not part of this project, but just to know that that is overall vibe as a creative installation.
We need a floor plan in CAD.. more importantly we need a 3d rendering/flythrough… of particular concern is the use of height in the space… since the building is 35’ tall there are opportunities to use that height in the design, but also we need to break that up so that the building does not feel warehouse.
Looking for someone who can do both the cad and 3d… with ideas on how to accomplish the aesthetic we are shooting for and someone who is available immediately since we are on a deadline.
