Looking for a creative video editor who can turn still images into engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikTok format). Our budget is limited.

Scope of Work:

Create 15–30 sec videos using provided images
Add creative, smooth transitions (not basic slideshow)
Sync visuals with trending/copyrighted music
Deliver scroll-stopping, modern-style edits

Requirements:

Strong sense of pacing, timing & storytelling
