Creative Report Graphic Design

I am a consultant and have produced a 31 page Action Plan for a state government in Australia. I need a graphic designer to publish this for them. However, I would like you to suggest a more creative style, as they are open to change. So I would like to see two examples/samples perhaps of your previous work, before starting, so I can get their approval to publish in your suggested style.

Key Requirements:
- Design a report with a creative and artistic style.
- Include charts and graphs, along with an organizational structure.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating visually appealing and artistic report designs.
- Proficiency in designing charts and graphs.
- Ability to work creatively but with respect to the clients existing brand.

The attached document is the consultation draft so far - which is not the version to use for the final work. I am still making some final edits but expect to complete in the next 24 hours.

I would also like to know your rate for any final edits, as it needs to pass through the government Ministers office before being released, and they will need to add the foreword.
