Creative Logo Design with Christian Symbolism
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
Hello,
I am looking for a creative artist to help design a logo for my Christian ministry brand called Rooted. The logo concept is inspired by the “Not Equal” symbol (≠), but I would like to personalize it with faith-based elements and symbolism.
Logo Concept
• The traditional “Not Equal” symbol has two vertical lines with a diagonal/horizontal stroke crossing through them.
• I want to replace the vertical line(s) with a metal nail stake, symbolizing the nails used during the crucifixion of Jesus. This nail should pierce through the horizontal lines, visually referencing Christ’s sacrifice.
• The ministry name is Rooted, so I would like to creatively incorporate the letter “R” into the logo in a subtle and intentional way—possibly by shaping part of the nail or part of the symbol so that the “R” is embedded in the design without making it too busy.
o The goal is simplicity, symbolism, and clarity.
Design Feel
• Minimal, clean, and instantly recognizable
• Faith-based symbolism without looking overly complicated
• Modern and strong, while still spiritual and meaningful
What I Need
• Multiple design concepts to choose from
• Color options (black & white versions, plus 2–3 suggested color themes)
• Final files suitable for print and digital use (vector preferred)

I would like to work with whichever artist is available and has the creative foresight to bring my vision to life. My preferred choices are Dave Santana, Caio Oliveira, or Elisa Falcone. Any of them would be an excellent fit.
I am specifically requesting pencillers rather than traditional logo designers because I believe pencillers think outside the box and can bring a unique artistic depth to the concept.
